Garage Society’s New 8,000 sqft Co-Working Space in Sai Ying Pun
Garage Society, a leading co-work operator headquartered in Hong Kong, has opened its newest co-working space Garage Collective in Sai Ying Pun. The 8,000 square-feet loft space on Connaught Road West – which boasts an impressive event space & pop-up shop facilities, in-house vegetarian restaurant, and a pet-friendly policy – will home Hong Kong’s next generation of lifestyle entrepreneurs.
Located on the street level of Connaught Road West, Garage Collective encompasses 14 private offices, 21 private desks, and 30 hot desks to accommodate the increasing demand in a modern approach to working in Hong Kong.
In addition to providing secretarial, accounting, human resources, and digital marketing services, the co-work operator has integrated design-centric pop-up & event spaces into Garage Collective, thereby making it easier for freelancers and companies from all industries to get all the support they need.
With hopes of changing the way people conceptualize co-working, Garage Society has taken the concept one step further with Garage Collective by seamlessly bringing together work and life. With its pet-friendly policy, the lifestyle hub allows its members to spend quality time with their pets during the day. In fact, the workspace intends to adopt the findings of numerous studies that suggest that pets help decrease stress levels and increase satisfaction and productivity among employees, which in turn help businesses grow and thrive.
Moreover, its in-house vegetarian restaurant The Herbivores not only encourages healthy eating among employees, but also reflects Garage Society’s values and advocacy of environmental sustainability. “As a responsible business operator, we would like to be able to make positive changes to our community,” says Elaine Tsung, the founder of Garage Society. “Co-working spaces help provide a platform for startups to thrive, and we are thrilled to be able to do our part by encouraging people to lead a greener and healthier lifestyle.”
Garage Society firmly believes in curating a community of fun and hardworking entrepreneurs and sees co-working as a fun and healthy lifestyle. Its team strives to foster a sense of community and bring together different people and businesses to create a mutually beneficial work environment.
Garage Collective joins Garage Society’s DVR, QRC, and Garage Destination (Phuket) locations in providing a collaborative environment that allows both local and international businesses to call home. The operator has its doors open for people from all walks of life and companies at all stages of growth – from technology startups and creative freelancers to brick-and-mortar businesses.
